It offers convenient management of Remote Office, BroadWorks Anywhere, DND, and Call Forwarding settings, making it suitable for users on the move.
It is important to note that utilizing Call Control for BroadWorks V2 requires an active account with a BroadWorks-compatible service provider, with the following services included:

<li>Calling Line ID Delivery Blocking</li>

<li>Call Forwarding - Not Reachable</li>
<li>Call Forwarding - Busy</li>
<li>Basic Call Logs</li>
<li>Call Center</li>
<li>BroadWorks Mobility</li>
<li>Voice Messaging / 3rd Party Voicemail</li>
<li>Call Waiting</li>
<li>Personal Assistant</li>
</ul>
Having these services enabled ensures optimal functionality of the application.
The app's support for Call Center features is limited to managing the ACD state and joining or leaving call groups, subject to administrator permissions. For premium Call Centers with designated outgoing caller IDs, users can initiate calls that display the configured Caller ID as "Outgoing call as Call Center."
